HELP US!

Next to our house ( we are living in Moscow) about one and a half year ago was built a recycling plant; it's vibrations (in a process of work) is very hard on a very sick young woman - my wife Tatiana. Her brain is super-sensitive to a sounds and vibrations due to disturbed protective lining of the brain. This was confirmed by the medical research. Already one and a half year she can only sleep with the help of powerful sleeping pills, which make her conditions even worth (degenerative organic disease of a nervous system-disperse sclerosis).
The city authorities can not help us. We already went for help to a local ecological authority but to no avail. This plant is a "brain-child" of Mr.Luzhkov (the mayor of Moscow), and it is a lot of money involved in it. In a news papers campaign is going on to promote such a plants, and they want to build them in other neighborhoods, too. In one independent lab that makes pollution measurements we were told, that normal standards of sound and vibration pollutions is set for 70% of people with normal sensibility. Unfortunately, my wife belongs to the other miserable 30% of people. So, even if the work of the plant will be regulated, it could not help my wife.
But even that the authority did not do! They wrote: "process is not regulated yet, but will be fixed and so on, and so on..." They are sorry for the "inconvenience"(!) that are going on for already 2 years and due to which my wife already tried to commit suicide (she could not sleep, so she took so many of the sleeping pills, that the next day she woke up only in a evening and was sorry she did woke up!).
Isolated windows could not help us too, because my wife can feel the vibrations with her spinal marrow, as well as with her brain. When she is laying down vibrations cause the convulsions. She keeps her ears plugged up.
We are planning to write another letter to a ecological committee and to a Moscow authorities. Tanya develops more health conditions, like a rheumatic arthritis, which is also disease of auto-immune system, like a disperse sclerosis. One of her hands is already doesn't work, now another hand is in pain, too. What will happen later - it is hard to imagine! She will require constant care. Now she need my help to get dressed, later - to eat.
One in a half years Tanya cannot sleep! She is in total despair and tomorrow may die!
The only solution to our problems - is the move to the ecologically clean part of Moscow. But our own apartment is very cheap - so if we sell it, we can not buy another one in a different part of Moscow. We can solve that problem with a little monetary help. Please, help us to collect some money.
I am myself a victim of a heart disease, so I cannot earn very much due to that. Have mercy on us! We are getting desperate and without your help cannot survive!
